What makes you different from going to see my doctor or conventional medicine practitioners?

I address your symptoms with a "bottom up" approach, meaning I look at the underlying reasons why you are having difficulties and help you to support your body with what it needs to re-balance itself, allowing your body to have more capacity for healing and long-term wellness.

As opposed to conventional medicine, which typically addresses symptoms with a "top-down" approach, generally only diagnosing and treating symptoms, I do not "treat" or "diagnose" but instead help you to understand why your body is responding and reacting as it is, so you can more clearly understand what is needed to heal yourself.

How do you help clients?

I provide personalized nutrition and lifestyle plans, assessing all areas of your lifestyle, habits and patterns, for long-term wellness.

What issues do you address?

I address gut health, emotional wellness, and imbalances in your body, assessing your symptoms, and how they are impacting your health and vitality.

Are consultations available online?

Yes, I offer online consultations for convenience via my secure online portal. I also offer in-person sessions by request.

Are your services covered by extended medical?

My services are covered by some Insurance providers if you have an allowance for a "Health Plan" or similar service. Please note I am covered as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, NOT a dietician. Please check with your workplace to confirm you have the correct health coverage for my services. Typically, you will pay upfront for my services, for which I provide you with an invoice with my RHN #, which you will then submit to your provider for your reimbursement.
